Bespoke digital solutions

Software and automationthat fit your business.

We help mid-market businesses cut the manual work out of their day. We connect the systems you already run, show you what's actually happening across the operation, and give you straight advice on what to buy. Whatever doesn't exist yet, we build. One team, start to finish.

Advisory and build, from one team

Most businesses don't need more software. They need the right software, working together.

A dense wall of tangled patch cables and network hardware, fading into darkness.
The problem

Too many tools.Too little fit.

Enterprise software gets pricier every year, and most of it was never designed for the way your business actually runs. You end up paying for features nobody opens while the important work still lives in spreadsheets and inboxes. We start from the operation, not the software. We'll tell you what to buy, what to build, and what to cancel, then wire together what's left. The result: less manual work, and a clear view of the whole operation.

Capabilities

What we doat a glance.

Six things we're genuinely good at. If your problem isn't on this list, tell us anyway. We're always up for a challenge.

Process automation

Software takes over the repetitive work: data entry, handoffs, approvals, reporting. It gets done the same way every time, without anyone chasing it.

Workflow systems

Custom systems for multi-step processes like production, casework, and approvals. Every step is tracked, and nothing gets lost in an inbox.

System integrations

We connect your ERP, CRM, and finance systems so data moves between them on its own. You can stop maintaining five copies of the same information.

Operational visibility

Dashboards and portals that show the live state of the business. You spot problems as they happen, not in next month's report.

AI where it fits

AI agents that read documents, answer routine questions, and chew through admin. They run inside your workflows, and their output gets measured.

Advisory and roadmaps

We take stock of your operation and your systems, then hand you a plan: what to buy, what to build, what to stop, in what order, and at what cost.

How we work

How anengagement runs.

01
First conversation

Tell us the problem

We ask about your business, where it hurts, and what you've already tried. If we can help, we'll propose a starting point.

02
Diagnose

Understand before you spend

A workshop, sprint, or assessment comes before any build. The output is a decision, not a hundred-page document. And if nothing's worth doing yet, we'll say so.

03
Build

Ship working software

The work is scoped tightly, built properly, and shipped into production. The same people who did the diagnosis do the build, so nothing gets lost in a handover.

04
Continue

Keep improving

Most clients move onto a retainer after the first build. We keep the context from everything that came before, so each new piece of work lands faster and better.

Some examples

The kind of thingwe build.

A few recent engagements, without the client names:

01

A workflow platform for a manufacturer

Their order-to-delivery process lived in spreadsheets, inboxes, and people's heads. We built a configurable workflow system that routes work between departments, enforces the process, and shows the state of every order at a glance. Multi-stage production, approvals, integrations with their existing systems. It runs their floor today.

02

A customer portal for a services business

Clients were chasing documents and updates over email. We built a portal where customers self-serve the information they need, connected to the systems behind it. Fewer phone calls, fewer inboxes, happier clients.

03

An e-commerce build with compliance baked in

A retailer selling regulated goods, where standard shop platforms couldn't handle the legal requirements. Age gates, compliance checks, and integration into their ERP, all part of the build rather than bolted on afterwards.

The common thread: off-the-shelf software couldn't hold the process, so we built the thing that does. Web platforms, APIs, cloud infrastructure, database design. The boring parts done properly, so the business part just works.

AI, practically

AI agents thatknow your business.

Everyone's selling AI right now. Most of it is a chatbot on your homepage. Here's what we actually do:

Agents running on your data

We set up AI assistants that live inside your operations, connected to your documents, your systems, and your history. Not a generic chatbot: an assistant that knows your clients, your projects, and your processes, and gets smarter as you use it. We run exactly this in our own business every day for scheduling, research, monitoring, drafting, and memory. We built it for ourselves first. Now we build it for clients.

You don't need to know how it works

That's our job. We handle the setup, the infrastructure, the guardrails, and the tuning. You get an assistant that answers questions, chases tasks, briefs you in the morning, and remembers everything, without hiring anyone or learning anything.

If you're curious what an agent on your data could do, that's a conversation, not a project.

Simple automations,quick wins.

Not everything needs a platform. Sometimes the highest-value work is a handful of small automations: the report that builds itself, the invoice chase that sends itself, the data that syncs without anyone touching it. We find them, build them, and hand them over.

Why NXT

Why workwith us.

We're not selling cheaper hours. The same senior people do the thinking and the building, and the context carries over from one job to the next.

01

Advisory and build, one team

The people who scope the work are the ones who deliver it. No handover between consultants and developers, and nothing lost in translation.

02

Straight answers

Sometimes the answer is: don't build it. Sometimes your system is fine and the process is the problem. Sometimes an off-the-shelf tool is the right call. We'll tell you, even when it costs us the work.

03

We don't start from scratch

Years of building operational systems left us with our own frameworks and building blocks. You get custom software without the cost and risk of starting from zero.

04

Proven technology

.NET, React, Angular, PostgreSQL, AWS. Boring on purpose: tools that will still be standard in ten years. We care about the result, not the framework.

Who we work with

Businesses where theoperations are the hard part.

01

Manufacturing and production

Multi-site, multi-stage, and integration-heavy. ERP, MES, and quality systems that don't talk to each other yet.

02

Specialised distribution and logistics

High-SKU, route-driven, multi-channel. An operations team quietly running the whole show on spreadsheets.

03

Professional services with complex casework

Legal, engineering, advisory, research. Every engagement has a dozen moving parts, and the billing is never simple.

04

Healthcare administration

Multi-site practices, claims, patient flow. The clinical software is fine. It's the admin around it that eats the hours.

05

Financial services operations

Brokerages, investment managers, fintech operations. Regulation shapes the work, so the systems have to be custom.

About

A small team thatthinks and ships.

NXT Solutions is built on one idea: strategy and implementation belong in the same team. Most consultancies stop at the recommendation. Most dev shops start at the spec. We do both, for the same client, over time.

Our clients are mid-market companies, often founder-led. Leadership knows the business inside out. What they need is a partner who can turn that knowledge into working systems.

We stay small on purpose. Senior people work on every engagement, and we don't sell work we can't deliver ourselves. The longer a relationship runs, the more context we keep, and the better the work gets.
